Rakesh founded Compvue with objective of serving small and medium companies. He comes with over two decades of extensive management and business development experience in information technology outsourcing industry. Prior to Compvue, Rakesh worked with Tata Consultancy Services, Fujitsu, Infogain and Interra. For the past decade, he has been engaged with many CIOs to help them in business and technology strategic direction. He has been instrumental in architecting new offerings and sales strategies to develop new business and geographies. His track record of success includes executive management, business development, business unit & practice management and thought leadership in business & technology.
He received his B.S. degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi, M.S. in Computer Science from Institution of Electronics & Telecommunications and MBA from Santa Clara University, Silicon Valley, California.

Justifus Asir

Justifus Asir has spent over 15 years managing and leading project deliveries and implementation of technologies with particular emphasis on application integration, business process management and web technologies. He has a deep understanding of business and technology in high-tech manufacturing, life sciences and e-governance. He is also very experienced in designing and implementing KPI metrics in areas of application management, operation and support programs. Prior to Compvue, he has served at Network Appliance, Infogain, Ness Technologies and Equinox Solutions. He also has been part of the consulting teams of Deloitte and EDS Canada.
Justifus has B.S. and M.S. degree in Computer Science. He is certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Velu Pillai
Vice President - India Delivery Operations

Velu Pillai brings over fifteen years of operational and software development lifecycle management experience. In his current role, he is responsible for the offshore delivery of business and technology solutions using a global delivery model for clients worldwide. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing, implementing, continuously improving and using tools & metrics to architect quality delivery processes in areas of application development, maintenance, operation, support and professional services. Prior to Compvue, he has held delivery leadership positions in QbizTech and Marksoft, where he was responsible for the delivery of business process management and customer relationship management applications in insurance, healthcare, retail, entertainment and help desk.
Velu Pillai holds a B.S. degree in physics and M.S. in Information Technology.

John Joachim
Chief Technology Officer

John Joachim is an information technology veteran having spent the last decade in architecting software products and web solutions. His deep technology experience and leadership comes from years spent in working for customers in telecom, financial services, and healthcare verticals with focus on business process (BPM) and customer relationship management (CRM). Prior to working with Compvue, John spent many years with Marksoft, a software solutions company in Israel, where he architected Reach-Out, a dynamic customer relationship management solution. He was also responsible for architecting another CRM software product, InteRRact, and a telecom billing solution. John’s expertise also includes integrating enterprise applications using business process management tools, mobility, smart devices and biometrics.
John comes with a rich education background with M.S. in Computer Science and Masters in Business Administration (MBA). |

Suga has over a decade of industry experience spanning across sales, marketing, sales operations, training, and business management. In his current role, he is responsible for international sales, corporate & product marketing and driving business strategy for the services and solutions. He has also helped the company in establishing compliance related services, partner alliances, enterprise solution pricing, positioning, packaging, industry analyst relations and lead generation programs. Prior to Compvue, he worked for QbizTech in sales and marketing leadership role.
