Job Title: Production Support – Senior Resource

3 – 5 years of experience in J2EE & JBOSS
He/she is responsible for building a team off-shore and transfer knowledge.
This position is customer facing role with operations management as the key function. The role needs to be put in place to achieve sufficient feel of control of operations deliverables at any point of time during operations. He/She is responsible for tracking all incidents happening and owns the incident until closure. He/She will act as an Incident Manager and would be the process owner of Incident management and Daily Operations Escalations. Key Result Areas: SLA Management - Define service level metrics for each application supported - Ensure that all service level metrics are met or exceeded indicating sufficient levels of service for customer. Act as point of escalation for customer operations status.
Need to work onsite (US) whenever situation demands.
