Kristan Rauso, Director of Sales and Business Development, has over 10 years of senior experience in sales and management. Prior to joining Compvue, Kristan was a Regional Director of Sales with Select Staffing, where she led corporate business development and sales collaborations with new clients. Kristan's efforts focused on increased revenues and marketing strategies. Prior to this, Kristan held various positions in senior sales and management roles for healthcare recruiting and staffing companies.

Kristan Rauso is originally from Chicago, IL, and attended Lynchburg College where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Public Relations.
